VIP CHEF EXPERIENCE ticket: *Limited Seating for 10am presentation.
Includes early admittance, cooking demo by Adam Reed, Chef/Owner of Santé Restaurant located in Matthews.
Also, this ticket includes admission to sample all soups and a special pottery ticket to select a souvenir bowl. (Customer's choice!) Pottery will be displayed on the 2nd floor lobby of the Culinary Arts Building (425 N. Kings Drive)
Please note: for this event, we will not issue physical tickets. Instead, your email receipt serves as your proof of purchase. Please ensure that you have a copy of your receipt with you when you arrive and one of our hosts will check you in at Guest Services.

Chef Adam Reed brings a rich culinary heritage and a deeply personal vision to Santé Restaurant in downtown Matthews. Inspired by his French roots and family lineage from the south of France, Chef Adam has crafted a French American fine dining experience that balances classic technique with modern creativity.
Born and raised in New York City, Chef Adam trained and honed his skills in some of the city’s most notable kitchens, including the Russian Tea Room and under acclaimed chef René Pujol. His background blends the discipline of French cuisine with the energy and diversity of American dining, resulting in an eclectic and approachable menu that has become a popular destination in the Greater Charlotte area.
