We invite you to sponsor a holiday meal this season!

Our Holiday Meals Program is our annual tradition of providing a holiday dinner for our patients and families who need them. During the holidays, some of our patients and their families may not have the time, energy, or resources to prepare a special meal. This can make it even more difficult for them during the Holiday Season. Let's give them something to look forward to!

You can help by providing a gift card to a grocery store or restaurant.

 

Any contribution is appreciated and will go towards the cost of providing these meals. Donations can be submitted easily by mail, by dropping off to our office, or calling in by phone.
